Cintia Serretti Dabes is a strategy advisor with almost two decades of experience helping organisations navigate growth, market change and complex commercial decisions. She has advised leadership teams across global enterprises, high-growth technology companies and founder-led businesses, bringing together strategic thinking, customer insight and commercial execution.
Her experience spans sectors including technology, infrastructure, healthcare, engineering, consumer goods and education, giving her a broad perspective on how organisations create competitive advantage across different markets and business models. Throughout her career, one principle has remained constant: the strongest strategies begin with a deep understanding of customers, markets and the forces shaping them.
A graduate of Harvard University with a Master's in Management, Cintia founded Mayfair & Co. Advisory to help leaders make better strategic decisions with greater clarity, confidence and commercial impact.
