Our beginnings

That conviction — that the buyer should sit at the very foundation of business strategy, not just marketing — became the ethos that Mayfair & Co Advisory was built around. It started to take shape in the halls of Harvard University, where our founder and senior advisor first crossed paths as business graduate students in 2023. In 2024, their team competed in the annual Harvard-MIT consulting case competition and took runner-up; a moment that crystallised not just a shared way of thinking, but a shared ambition. Boston was where the idea was born. London's Mayfair is where it became a business.

Today, Mayfair & Co Advisory operates as a premium boutique consultancy with a worldwide footprint, working with businesses that are serious about connecting strategy to revenue. Everything we do — from product marketing and positioning to GTM strategy, product-market fit advisory, and full marketing and revenue enablement — starts in the same place: with a deep, rigorous understanding of your buyers. Because when you get that right, everything else follows. Our crimson branding is a deliberate nod to where it all began — a reminder that the rigour, curiosity, and intellectual discipline we bring to every client engagement were forged at Harvard, and have never left.

Almost two decades working inside some of the world's most ambitious organisations — from global corporations to scrappy startups — will teach you a lot. For our founder, it taught her one thing above everything else: most businesses don't have a strategy problem. They have a buyer problem. Time and again, across industries and geographies, she saw the same disconnect playing out: companies building products their customers didn't want, running campaigns that didn't land, and wondering why growth felt harder than it should. The answer, almost every time, was the same. They were building inward, not outward.

Cintia Serretti Dabes

Founder & Principal Advisor

With senior marketing and strategy experience across some of the world's most recognised global organisations, Cintia has built a career defined by one consistent thread: an instinct for understanding what buyers truly want — and translating that into commercial results.

Before stepping into the corporate world, she honed her ability to ask the right questions and distil complexity into what matters most as a journalist, with work spanning broadcast and digital media at outlets including CNN and The Argentina Independent.

That foundation carried her through senior roles across a broad range of industries and business models — from B2B technology companies including Getinge (medical technology), Jisc and OpenAthens (educational technology), and Arcadis (engineering technology), working across innovations in AI, machine learning, cloud, SSO, laser technology, and track-and-trace hardware and software — to global B2C powerhouses such as Nestlé, Yankee Candle, and Newell Brands. Combining that experience with a Master's degree in Business Management from Harvard University, she founded Mayfair & Co Advisory on a simple but powerful conviction: that the businesses which truly understand their buyers are the ones that win.

Russo Chechelashvili

Senior Advisor

Russo brings a rare combination of analytical rigour and strategic breadth that comes from building a career across some of the world's most complex, high-stakes industries. From managing multi-million pound risk decisions in renewable energy at one of Canada's largest financial institutions, to navigating intricate litigation across commercial and regulatory environments, she has spent her career operating at the intersection of strategy, risk, and commercial performance.

That foundation — built across financial services, energy, and professional services on three continents — gives Russo an unusually sharp lens for identifying where businesses are exposed, where opportunities are being missed, and what it takes to move from insight to execution. It's a perspective she now brings directly to Mayfair & Co. Advisory's clients, advising businesses on go-to-market strategy, commercial operations, and market positioning.

A Harvard Business Management graduate, Russo combines intellectual precision with a genuinely global outlook. Her ability to work across industries, geographies, and business models makes her an invaluable partner for the ambitious, internationally-minded companies that we work with.
